Meet your Teacher
Mr. Rich Wuebbels
Math - Room 220B
I am the 6th - 8th grade math teacher. I have been teaching at ILS since 2011 (the last time the Cardinals won the World Series). I have also taught Engineering, Religion and Computer Applications. Before that I taught middle school math and science in area public schools.
I have been teaching since I was 18. I started my teaching career in my martial arts class. After college I was a corporate trainer for a few years, then taught 7th and 8th grade math and science in public school before I found my home at ILS.
I was born in Belleville, Illinois and attended a Christian Elementary School in Bethalto, Il. When I was a teenager I moved to St. Peters and attended Francis Howell North High School, graduating in 1991. I received my Bachelor of Art in Middle School Education from Lindenwood University, and a Master of Science in Technology Education and Curriculum Design from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin in 2016.
